As a participating exhibitor, here's what to expect:
Event promotions via websites, social media, email marketing, postcards, and media.
Invitations provided to sponsors & exhibitors to share with their prospective clients and contacts.
Brand Presence in the form of exhibitor space with the opportunity to make in-person connections.
Networking opportunities with your peers.
Post-event coverage via photography and video. All exhibitors will be provided with a lead list of all opt-in attendees.
EXHIBITOR SPACE AND FEE
All exhibitors will receive a 6'x6' space which will include a 6' table, black linen, and two chairs. You may purchase two spaces if you need additional space.
Displays must look professional. Nothing shall be hung directly on venue walls. You must furnish your own displays and set-up materials. We encourage you to present your product or service in an interactive way to add to the festive atmosphere of the event.
